White, photography and teams… what do they have in common?
White colour is inherently a positive colour, associated with light, safety, brilliance, understanding, possibility, sincerity, and perfection. How would a team perform if all these are present?
Photography brings the visual into equation. Since statistics show that ~ 80% of people are visual learners, bringing more visuals into the workplace (drawing while explaining ideas, using flowcharts and images) could improve communication, collaboration and understanding between the team members.
