••• Would you like to join me in a 30-day Positive Challenge? •••

I picked easy actions to do, even with social distancing still in place.
The aim is to focus on at least one positive thing each day to build a new habit: to push ourselves to bring more positivity into our lives (to counteract the effect of the negative wave we’ve bombarded with daily).

What will you need to do?

• Add your name below and the date you enrol in this challenge.
• Pick one item to work on each day. It’s ok if you pick an item more than once during the 30-day challenge.
• (Optional) Add as a comment on what you chose each day and how it felt to consciously doing it. It’s ok to skip commenting some days.

Hint: you’ll need a reminder to stay committed to this challenge!
This will help you build another useful habit: to set reminders for the important things you want to do (for your life) if you don’t want them to fall out of your focus while you’re bombarded with urgent requests and negative stuff daily.

Any questions or comments? 🙂 Add them below.

During the following days, I’ll share my insights from going through this challenge.

PS: You can start whenever you want.
Letters have to be written, mailing is optional.
‘Positive failure’ means finding something positive about what you considered a failure.
Feel free to share this challenge or borrow any ideas you want from it. Teachers and employment counsellors already shared it with their students.
