intentionDay 8:

  • Before we go further, set an intention … something that is important to you!
  • Have one?
  • Setting a deadline for it is important too!

I guess you heard this before, yet I meet so many people that go aimlessly through life. Setting an intention is giving yourself a direction, to mobilize your energy toward a goal of your choice. Like sitting in the driver’s seat of you own life bus, instead of being a passenger (passively allowing life to go by or distracted by what’s happening around). Don’t bother

Setting an intention is giving yourself a direction, to mobilize your energy toward a goal of your choice. Like sitting in the driver’s seat of you own life bus, instead of merely being a passenger passively allowing life to go by, or being distracted by what’s happening around.

Don’t bother too much if it’s the best intention you can set at this point. Just get one to get you started. Based on how that path unfolds you’ll have plenty of time to realize if it’s the best decision for you or needs some adjustments.

Setting a deadline for that intention is important too if you don’t want procrastination to kick in.
